Clientsoftware and plugins
For using the HTML2PDF clientsoftware and plugins without advertising and all features, we charge only 29,- €* inclusive 1 GigaByte Traffic** / month for one year. Included is optional the use of the SOAP and http WebServices with one domain name (see conditions above) for one year. The license is valid for one year and after one year it will be continued for one year for only 12,- €* inclusive 1 GigaByte traffic** / month (incl. the license for one domain name).
SOAP & http WebService
For using the HTML2PDF WebService without advertising and all features, we charge:
12,- €* / year inclusive 1 GigaByte traffic** / month per domain
9,- €* / year inclusive 1 GigaByte traffic** / month per domain starting from 20 domains
6,- €* / year inclusive 1 GigaByte traffic** / month per domain starting from 50 domains
3,- €* / year inclusive 1 GigaByte traffic** / month per domain starting from 100 domains
You license top level domains. With one licensed top level domain all subdomains of that domain are licensed, too, if you own their content. Example:
You license HTML2PDF for the domain yourname.com. All contents of yourname.com, www.yourname.com and additional subdomains like blog.yourname.com are licensed, too, if you as domain owner are the owner of their contents, too. If you own the equal names domain with the extension „.net“ (yourname.net), for a advertising free usage of HTML2PDF you need an additional license for the domain yourname.net.
Traffic
We charge 1,- €* per additionally started GigaByte traffic**. The traffic volume of more domains will be summed up per user. Example:
With 2 domains you have 2 GigaByte traffic inclusive. With one domain you generate more traffic than 1 GigaByte, but in total you generate less than 2 GigaByte with both domains. Then you won’t be charged for additional traffic.
To calculate the traffic we count the file size of the generated PDF file twice. If the PDF file has 200 KiloByte for example, we count 400 KiloByte traffic.
Credit limit
To avoid unexpected costs we can set a credit limit for you. If this limit is reached you won’t be charged for more costs. To enable you to continue using the HTML2PDF WebService, all PDF files generated outside the credit frame will contain the advertising header again.
Billing
You will receive a PDF bill with email and may pay with bank transfer or Paypal. The base price is billed one year in advance. Additional traffic will be billed on every 1st day of the next month.
Cancellation
You may cancel the contract up to 4 weeks before the runtime expires, or it will be continued for another year.
* All prices are end user prices.
** 1 GigaByte traffic may contain ca. 2,500 PDF downloads (depending on the content of the consumed web pages).
